2. Refund Eligibility

2.1 Refund Window

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

  • You purchased a renewal of a previously-used subscription
  • Cryptocurrency payments (refundable only to the original wallet address, exchange rate at refund time may differ)

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  4. Receive a decision: You will receive a decision within 5 business days of submitting all required information.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved:

  • PayPal: 1 to 3 business days
  • Cryptocurrency: 24 to 48 hours (refunded to the original wallet)

5. Partial Refunds

6. Account Termination Upon Refund

Once a refund is processed, your access to the Service will be immediately and permanently terminated. You will no longer be able to use the credentials provided. To use our Service again in the future, you will need to purchase a new subscription.

7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in immediate and permanent account termination, being banned from purchasing future subscriptions, and loss of any partial refund you might have been eligible for.

8. Currency and Exchange Rates

Refunds are issued in the same currency used for the original purchase. We are not responsible for any losses incurred due to currency exchange rate fluctuations between the time of purchase and the time of refund.
