Welcome to StreamQ IPTV. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the streamqiptv.store website and our IPTV subscription services (collectively, the “Service”). By subscribing to our Service or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please read these Terms carefully before purchasing a subscription. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our Service.

1. Definitions

  • “Service” refers to the IPTV subscription product provided by StreamQ IPTV
  • “User”, “you”, “your” refers to the individual subscribing to or using our Service
  • “We”, “us”, “our” refers to StreamQ IPTV
  • “Subscription” refers to the paid plan granting you access to our Service
  • “Content” refers to channels, video on demand (VOD), and other media accessible through our Service

2. Eligibility

To use our Service, you must be at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, reside in a jurisdiction where our Service is legally available, and provide accurate and complete information during the subscription process.

3. Service Description

StreamQ IPTV provides access to live television channels and video-on-demand content through Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) technology. Our Service includes access to live TV channels, a library of movies and TV series (VOD), multiple video quality options (SD, HD, FHD, 4K UHD), 24/7 customer support, and compatibility with various devices (Smart TV, Firestick, Android, iOS, MAG, etc.).

Important: StreamQ IPTV is a service reseller. We do not host, produce, or own the content delivered through our Service. We act as a technical access provider only.

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

4.1 Available Plans

We offer several subscription durations: 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months, plus lifetime plans. Current pricing is available on our Pricing page.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept payment via credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and selected cryptocurrencies. All transactions are processed securely through third-party payment processors.

4.3 Billing and Renewal

Subscriptions are billed in advance for the entire selected period. Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase. You are responsible for renewing your subscription manually before the expiration date.

4.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices at any time. Any price changes will not affect your current active subscription but will apply to renewals and new subscriptions.

5. Account and Credentials

Upon successful payment, you will receive login credentials (username, password, M3U URL or Xtream codes). You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential, all activities that occur under your account, and notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Unless your plan explicitly includes multi-device access, your subscription is intended for use on the number of devices specified at purchase. Sharing credentials with multiple users simultaneously beyond your plan limit may result in service suspension.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, without refund, if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, share credentials publicly or commercially, or attempt to redistribute, resell, or rebroadcast our Service without authorization.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws; resell, redistribute, or rebroadcast the Service without our written authorization; record, copy, or distribute Content accessed through the Service; attempt to bypass technical protection measures; use the Service to harass, harm, or impersonate others; use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service; or reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from any part of our system.

7. Service Availability and Quality

We strive to maintain a 99.9% uptime. However, the Service may occasionally be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, technical issues with content providers, ISP outages, or force majeure events.

Streaming quality depends on factors outside our control, including your internet connection speed, device performance, and network conditions. We recommend a minimum 10 Mbps for HD streaming, 25 Mbps for 4K streaming, and a wired connection when possible.

Available channels and VOD content may change without prior notice due to licensing agreements between content providers. We do not guarantee the continued availability of any specific channel or program.

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and brand names displayed through the Service are the property of their respective owners. The StreamQ IPTV name, logo, and website design are the property of StreamQ IPTV.

9. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility is governed by our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STREAMQ IPTV SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for your most recent subscription.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StreamQ IPTV from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties, mediation if negotiation fails, and binding arbitration as a last resort.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced via email or website notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
